The cleaning result was hardly improved by these measures !!
By chance, I discovered another Sprühwasserverteiler (diameter about 4cm). This is mounted centrally centrally above the upper rack to the ceiling inner wall and can be solved by a small rotation of permanently installed water inflow.
This distributes the water from the top through 4 small holes in 4 directions (90 °). After release, I realized that the openings were completely clogged with debris. In the user manual of the device is not pointed out this Sprühwasserverteiler! Lo and behold, the cleaning performance has certainly improved significantly to our unit.
06/16/2015 Addendum:
Despite all the above measures the device cleaned from time to time insufficiently ie glasses had to be polished, as were on these streaks and residual salt residues. Even dried-on leftovers on plates had to be removed subsequently sometimes.
I have changed as follows:
Asks 1. Water hardness of the drinking water at water utilities and reset the device to the water hardness table (at startup I have determined the water hardness with the supplied test strips. That was a mistake, because the detected water hardness from the test strip and the water company did not match! Why? Probably reading errors on my part). Plus the regeneration setting switch on the device (located on the left-hand fan cover) from position 1 I switched to position 0
2. Instead of automatic program with Program 4 (Quick & Clean 65 ° C) wash. For me the best wash cycle!
3. dosage for rinse aid from position 4 to 6 changed (user manual p.11) Important: before every wash cycle control level of the rinse aid and refill if necessary rinse!
4. detergent container 15cm³ / 25cm³ and also the adjacent detergent container 5cm³ fill with detergent powder, regardless of the dish-loading amount
All these measures have meant that the device now cleans without problems. No rinsing longer necessary. Even the two spray arms and the small Sprühwasserverteiler are hardly clogged.
