"Therapy" is a kind of infernal carousel, a roller coaster ruffling, where the author never lets us catch our breath. Short chapters (2-5 pages maximum) with a rebound to EACH end of the chapter. Suffice to say that we read this story with a sense of vertigo. It's a constant push of adrenaline, the author shakes us in every way without leaving us no respite. Everything is done for the benefit of history and suspense, no frills style, no digression which would reduce the tension. Of course, this is not great literature, but Fitzek has the intelligence to never leave his role: that of raconteur of history, which goes back clearly to make it work and we take guts . 300 pages that swallow without any dead time, sacred experience.
