Experiences:
Unfortunately, the machine works in practice not really as smooth as I would have imagined or expected from a fully automatic machine.

All in all, I had the sum in too many shortcomings for a coffee machine for 500. What has moved me to return of the machine was the leak of the milk container. We drink a week 3-4 cappuccino / latte and had daily clean or dispose of old milk the milk container. Another major shortcoming was the boiling hot side wall of the fully automatic machines. The manufacturer does not define this state as a lack but explains the heating with the position of the boiler and the steam heating and the resulting lack of heat insulation.
Another big downside was that you have to opt for a coffee-milk mix and can not save a number of different coffee-milk mix. An output of Cappuccino and Latte macchiato is not possible and annoys a day when the device.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a fully automatic coffee machine with 500, mainly want to drink coffee and can be bound to a coffee milk mixed drink will find a solid fully automatic machines with certain defects. I decided against the fully automated and sent these to Amazon back.
