Bought there 7 months, this office chair is the one I like the most among the one I had before. Very comfortable extended use (more than 10 hours without pain), setting the tilting force, tilt lock. But the problem are the armrests, I tend to rely on it to get up, and the left side broke yesterday, from the left armrest coup ... This is unfortunate, but I'll find a way to repair because it is really a good chair despite the average quality.
