I acquired this bar to circuit training with other workshops at my home in order to work the arms and upper body. It's perfect.

However as the screws are not supplied with, I advise you to take TIREFOR screws with hexagonal heads with pegs, all 8 mm diameter, suitable fastening means for the wall so that the strength and safety is maximum .

Clutter is excellent and very easy assembly.
