Companion book

I can not count the number of times I have read it and it always me back on track; so much so that at the beginning I thought I could spend pages because every time I found a phrase that spoke to me. This is a book that does not leave me, I rebuke and regularly put into practice the advice by adapting them to what I saw and what I am.
