this book gives great information about the concentration of meditation, one of the chokepoints of asceticism of Buddhism also known in Tibetan Buddhism. All the author's books deserve a place in your library and especially that of the noble eightfold path, very well exposed. According to many authors, the concentration of meditation must be accompanied by that of insight to follow the Buddha way. A companion book that explains and juxtaposes these two approaches is that of Jean-Pierre Schnetzler, more concise, but very synthetic.
