Competitively priced, reliable device

We regularly manufacture their own chocolates and have some experience with the tempering chocolate.
But for Christmas we have the production volume slightly increased (about 260 pcs.) And promptly during tempering problems get (pot + water), since the amount of chocolate needed was a little too big for our Temperiervariante. We then summarily ordered the device.
Suddenly the descendants of Temperierkurven is no permanent Rührstress more, the device is reliable, the results speak for themselves.
So if every now and then produces chocolates (or with this objective so begins), we can recommend this device highly!

A few notes about the device:
- The surface of the device consists of an easy to clean plastic.
- The chocolate is in a removable stainless steel tank temperature (standard catering containers for keeping food warm at buffets: 1/6 GN, 100 mm deep)
- In the manual it is pointed out that the temperature scale is only an approximate value. We have therefore the temperature points initially approached from below and measured with a digital thermometer. Our unit is about 1 ° C above the specified scale value.
- The mentioned in other reviews high time requirement in view of the sensitive raw chocolate more than understand. During tempering by hand takes even longer in some practice / experience. Therefore, simply schedule a little time and do something else at the same time.
