A few notes about the device:
- The surface of the device consists of an easy to clean plastic.
- The chocolate is in a removable stainless steel tank temperature (standard catering containers for keeping food warm at buffets: 1/6 GN, 100 mm deep)
- In the manual it is pointed out that the temperature scale is only an approximate value. We have therefore the temperature points initially approached from below and measured with a digital thermometer. Our unit is about 1 ° C above the specified scale value.
- The mentioned in other reviews high time requirement in view of the sensitive raw chocolate more than understand. During tempering by hand takes even longer in some practice / experience. Therefore, simply schedule a little time and do something else at the same time.
