Power adapter, each battery in a separate case, the package is complete.

Two caveats:
- The French power adapter remains in the plug (not the charger) when disconnected. Nothing serious.
- Once the batteries in place, "scotch" for removing not quite thick and "pushes" not hatch that does not open any single (no apparent effect). You have to go with fingernails or add a folded piece of card stock in half over.

I did not notice any difference between these batteries autonomy "compatible", and the original model.
