The protein has a fairly low Kolenhydrat share, making it great for me. Since I could no longer see my abentliche Pre-workout buttermilk which is the perfect alternative here.
Effect:
After the first about 5 weeks I already noticed the difference. After knee surgery I was with the strength training start from the beginning and notice how quickly the muscles have been rebuilt. Maybe just my imagination, but compared to my start with the strength training (at the time without Supps) that's a big difference here.
It does after training loosely 3h. Tired, which no Kolenhydrate cravings occurs (as a sugar junkie else was with me).
In addition, muscle aches and fatigue are very easily available and ebbs faster again.
Preparation:
Preparation easy. 2 tablespoons powder in 300 ml of water or milk. The whole I have stirred with a hand blender and, on hot summer days a handful of ice cubes.
Consistency:
Dissolves 100%. No pieces or crumbs. In milk it is the blender even really fluffy, like a milkshake.
Taste:
Strawberry Vanilla: A dream! Never thought that a protein shake can taste so great !!!
Chocolate Nougat: Tasty, but not my cup of tea, because the smell is very artificial.
Conclusion:
Great for all who seek an additional source of protein low in sugar but do not get nausea. Whether for diets definition phase or muscle building. However, one must not expect miracles Shake, but must adapt the diet throughout the day. Is nunmal in principle nothing else than filtered whey :)
