Super fast delivery, thank you. The product itself is deficient! When DirtDevil M3120 battery terminals to avoid reverse polarity for plus and minus have different widths and that makes perfect sense. The supplied battery unfortunately both ports have the same width, thus the battery was without finishing unusable (reducing the width of the plus terminal). Whether this is only a specific batch of this battery I can not judge, so in any case should not be sold to the battery and normally I should return the battery.
After lengthy fumbling the battery was then connected and installed and now performs well hopefully without hesitation his service. A 1 1/2 years ago from the same supplier purchased replacement battery for a second DirtDevil M3120 was equipped with the appropriate connections and properly connect.
I would be interested if other customers have the same problem / had.
