Hello There,

Experience I have not collected with this reader (Updates and possibly vote correction come), but had just ordered him to me and was confused a bit of Akasa's connectivity. I advise anyone who is considering a reader of Akasa zuzulegen to take a look at the homepage of Akasa and the installation instructions (under respective product -> Support) to watch. In my eyes, from the description on the website of Akasa not clearly, what port brings the jewelige device. To bring a little unraveling pure, below the models. From Akasa there are several types, this one is especially for motherboards, yet do not support USB3.0 on the board.
Type AK-ICR-13: 2 USB3.0-A connectors for external connection (or via Akasa USB3.0 PCIe Card with internal O ports)
Type AK-ICR-14: with pin header for MB's
Type AK-ICR-07U3: USB 2.0 pin header with internal and external connector for USB3.0 connector (USB3.0-A connector)
...

Please, looks past definitely at Akasa before you order a model. Should above have crept mistake, please give me a short notice.
