The reading of texts is tedious and tiring. After some thought I came out that it is because I, the resolution of the monitor when not seen, yet perceive unconsciously. On inquiry I inform the Samsung customer service that, with a 27-inch monitor in Full HD, a distance of 1.25 m is recommended. This is also my experience from 1.00-1.10 m is the picture perfect.
But no other standard desk has the required depth. From my perspective, this is a design defect. Therefore, either a 24 inch Full HD or 27-inch monitor with 2560x1440.

Conclusion:
Either 24-inch Full HD or dig deep into bag and 27-inch monitor with 2560 * 1440 sale. 27-inch monitor in Full HD are not to be used as working monitors.
