Unfortunately, I have never nor will receive a confirmation guarantee any documents. Neither by mail, nor by email! It was not even reported after I sent a message via Amazon. Collect money and bye! Dubious business practices! Hopefully I will never have to rely on this insurance!

UPDATE:
Augrund my review, the ERGO has looked after really fast around the case. Has been identified as the first letter sent never arrived at with! For the ERGO can of course not. Therefore, there is nothing more voerst objectionable. Should I need to take the insurance claim, I will send another update!
