Actually I wanted to read a few pages every night. I have carefully kept for one day. On the second night I swallowed the rest. The book is so engrossing that you can put it down, it hardly. Alongside a lot of wisdom about running mediated. So z. B. why running shoes with a thick heel pad are worthless and professionals to train more and more barefoot. Or that Chia seeds are very suitable because of their high omega-3 content as food for endurance athletes. Many things are only touched, but you get enough information to be able to do your own research. For me, the anthropological derivation was why man is created to run ultra distances new and particularly interesting. However, this seems to be the most risky part of the book, these are rather a minority opinion !? Many ideas from the book I recorded immediately in my training and nutrition plan. The book is very inspiring in any case, a must for any runner!
