I myself have considered several times whether I should cancel my order. On the test of 4Players I have however given anything because I think of the test generally little to nothing.
All the warnings and speculation here from the forums have, however, made me suspicious - wrongly, as it turned heraussteltte:
The graphics are very nice to look in my eyes. Clear also have some pop-up experiences with plants or even more distant landscapes - that did not bother me so far and I have at various other games already experienced worse (eg, Two Worlds 2 or even with Rage). Stuttering while playing I have almost no more, since I have parked the car memory function. The game therefore running quite smoothly with me. Again, I feel Two Worlds 2 as technically much worse (although I found the game otherwise quite well) - as well as the add-on to TW2, exactly having the same technical deficiencies as the game itself.
The addressed object pop-ups are not nice to look at for the Games foodies who unplayable, but it was here so denounced / is, but I can understand in any way.
For the game itself: the pirate setting makes an unused impression and also the talents (like Voodoo) I find class integrated into the storyline. The side quests are typically constructed RPG (errands, favors for ..., pay bills, various works) and offer dahere some variety.
The combat system has something - well - can be more demanding, with the help of various teachers, but there are here opportunities to learn something different techniques. Teachers and traders there are sufficient, I have so far found only one shop where clothes can also arise. Furthermore, learning the skills is not exactly cheap.
The only real for me Nerver, is the writing on the menu and in the inventory, which acts so blurred that it is tiring to read them. The card I would have liked a little more clearly or more clearly desired (eg if you selected quests on the map). While the nerves a bit, making my game but not bet.
As for the sound, so I set myself each part (music, background, voices) itself, so it's something harmonious.
All in all, I am pleasantly surprised by Risen 2 and feel the game so far considered to be poor. With a little more fine-tuning would have been in it for me even 5 stars.
