This thing is unbelievably cheap and does what it should. I did not expect that it carries the weight of 20 ties, but went with the price range firmly convinced that sooner or later the hook up coming away from the wood. This has not yet happened, although I have hung 20 ties it.
We are also in the suspension and the reason why I am giving one star deduction. You get top 20 ties, but has to decide whether they are pulled through each one of the 20 eyelets or above depends. The latter has the disadvantage that the ties can slide down the sides and you have to load up the 2 sides as evenly as possible, therefore, for the sake of balance. But for that you can see the ties then simply pull out the side when you need them. The Ösenvariante is as secure, but makes it difficult to get to the bottom ties or just generally to any. So no matter how, this bracket is not optimal.
I decided against the variant with eyelets and hang my ties instead through the eyelets. I also have the 2 sides split after "Ties for bright shirts" and "Ties for on dark shirts". The solution I am so pleased that I have now bought a second such holder.
As for the length and thus the question of whether the ties resting on the ground: For me they do not. But that probably depends from the cabinet. The dimensions of the tie holder is Amazon but also, with 16 x 29.5 x 1 cm. The 29.5 cm high, where there are nearly 27 cm (attention, read carefully!) From the lower end of the hook to the top of the lowest suspension. The bottom tie thus depends about 27 cm below the top of the clothes rail. So everyone should be able to measure whether that's enough.
I hope this has helped more than confused.
