When retrofitting our dining room pendant light from halogen to LED,
strike the lamp suddenly. Apparently the transformer was not designed for this new much lower load.
That should change with the replacement of transformers OSRAM here.
Worked unfortunately not as desired.
But we have it solved. 8 replaced by 9 halogen bulbs to LEDs, (center) to keep only a halogen.
Now it works.
