I can not agree with the whole 1 to 2 star reviews here. The Silent Eagle 2000 For several years now my favorite "house and home" fan and I've installed it on various occasions. Certainly there are quieter fans that adorn the term "Silent", but the air flow is not it only in the vicinity of the Silent Eagle 2000. The running noise is noticeable at 2,000 tours, but disruptive in any way. Under my desk I suppose it really only a small voice true. My various Silent Eagle still hanging in addition to Fan Controllers and I usually operate at 1400 - 1500 tours. The Silent Eagle is regulated in 2000 almost inaudible, creating no disturbing Sägegeräusche, as can occur with cheap fans already times when you try to fix it.
