I was not quite satisfied with the performance of my barbecue gas grills and bought the thing. The packaging was great - it's a really solid piece! For safety, I have it again baked with coconut oil (30min at full heating power) and since I'm doing great steaks and vegetables on it. Due to the good heat distribution, it can work just fine.
Nevertheless, I forgive only 4 out of 5 stars. Because the drain hole interferes. Fat would just drop me on the stones. Better would be a depression from which one can Dab off fat using kitchen roll.
