The courageous book a courageous doctor who fights against an administration débilie, débilisante barren ,. Medicine is under the thumb of technocrats who issue or strategic accounting laws that doctors away from their real job.
The book reads quite easily and with interest.
The author is very friendly and human.
However, I regret his too catchy title and the excessive use of acronyms and abbreviations that sometimes make some more obscure passages.
