Crossfit Speed ​​Rope

I bought this Jump Rope for training. Target, clear the Double Unders. Easier said than done. By the ball bearings, the rope swings really good and is pretty darn smooth. Thus, the swing is not as strenuous as a rope without storage. The length adjustment is self-explanatory and fits my size even immediately (1,86m). The steel cable is encased in black plastic. A second rope made of steel with transparent plastic cover is included. But automatically jump rope like a young god or even immediately Double Unders can therefore also not. It also shoots not with expensive football boots automatically more goals.

I can not say anything yet about the durability of the bearing.

But otherwise really there is nothing against the purchase. Full marks.
