Currently miserable

I bought the game on Steam.
In the current state, I can only advise against a purchase.
My system meets the minimum requirements in any case, but it crashes every few minutes. The Internet forums are full with this problem.
A save is possible even at minimum settings randomly, as ever "out of memory" comes.
The game is so memory hungry programs, I can not recommend it as long as the manufacturer here not to the rescue.

Or Should I assemble a high-end PC with 50GB of RAM in order to open a tramline now?

Games like CitiesXL (which is also poorly written) or Dead Iceland run fine with me. All games that make also higher demands.

If it creates the manufacturers to reduce the memory requirements on a realistic level, then I change like my review.

But at least if you meet the minimum requirements without any problems, it should be possible to play a minimum settings.
