Cuts very well over the whole blade length. On redress mechanisms weights I have omitted. It is without the weights comfortably in your hand and has a comfortable weight. But this only refers to the bread knife. Otherwise, I was not convinced Pro Balance. On the one hand I find this weight Hoax uncomfortable - I just want to use a knife and you're done - on the other hand cut the other Pro Balance blade only in the front blade area and not over the entire surface. I got the other knife No matter how low so myself uses nothing. So I'll fill my existence with other Global knives. They're awesome
