A facial brush itself has already the effect of scrubs. By exfoliating brush attachment that is amplified again and dead skin cells are removed more effectively. For the blue bristles ensure the brush that are somewhat stronger than the normal brush attachment. The scrub-brush is not recommended for sensitive skin and not following the manufacturer's intended for daily use. This is understandable, since other exfoliating products should be applied only about 1x per week.
The plugging of the brush head is very simple. The application is like the normal facial brush well, but I practice in the scrub brush less pressure. I have the scrub brush used with a normal cleaning agent, not with an additional exfoliating product. I can only recommend this, because an additional exfoliating product would in my opinion, too much stress for the skin and also unnecessary because the brush serves its purpose fully. The skin then feels fresh and smooth. The skin feel is great. I can only recommend the brush attachments. Solely to be achieved in difficult / tight spaces (such as nostrils, brewing approach) I use continue normal peeling creams for deep cleansing.
