I'd prefer to not even be a star for this product, the after the second application was therefore defective part sent return. Although everything was set and ready for use, could not dampen it. There was neither water nor steam from the nozzle, the water in the unit was present and heated.
Plastic too hard after prolonged use it rubbed my sore hand. Lid from the water tank could not be opened at the end.
I did not detect a cleaner result than with washcloths and mop bucket one is much faster! Power cable too short !!!
