I ordered this laptop for its price / quality ratio, except that the first commissioning gave malfunctioning, an executable to start the diagnostic PC (very well) told me that the hard drive was defective. After a call to the HP Hotline (serious service) he advised me to return the PC from Amazon for a refund (at HP were repairing my defective PC). The return process is very simple at Amazon, which I repaid the PC without question. FYI HP called me a few days later to see if my problem was solved. For the PC, bought in the same model but with a less powerful Pentium processor. Aside from a little plastic box that does not inspire strength, no complaints. For the record, the Windows Experience Index is better on the supposed device less powerful.
