Samsung M3 Portable Portable External Hard Drive 2.5 "USB 3.0 / USB 2.0 2TB
In seven sub USB3 disk disconnects and reconnects every 10 sc.
In USB2 apparently no worries (in 5 min test) which allowed me to install the software provided samsung.
Defective HDD balance RMA (A / S).
Tested on another PC in Win8 detection recording and immediate sanction the hard drive is defective.

The quality of components follows the curve of the price.
An element to be considered now when buying equipment whatsoever.
Luckily I went through Amazon, I lost some time but no money in additional charges.
