Deficiencies in quality control

In this review, I'm torn. For four years I use Suncase smartphone bags for Samsung devices and am actually very happy with the quality, but I have had bad experiences in connection with the S4.

The ordered and delivered for the S4 Suncase bag is so narrow that the S4 when inserting activated in the bag and the "Eject" from his pocket. I have now ordered a new and hope to get a matching as in S2 after the second attempt.

Leaving aside the lack of fit of some Suncase bags left out, so these bags are sturdy, very well made and chic. Suncase should urgently work on its quality control.

Addendum on 11/12/2013: Today the replacement bag came - also this is again much too narrow; In addition, the S4 is above about 2-3mm beyond the edge. One gets the impression, Suncase currently sells his goods for the slightly smaller S3 and reports them as S4 bags. After many years of loyalty to Suncase (from S1 via the S2) I say goodbye now send the otherwise robust and bags. In the evaluation, I am now gone down to one star, as the products that I have received, were not designed for the S4 and thus not be used - not even after I have the leather stretched slightly and "kneaded". As in the last few days piling complaints about lack of fit at Amazon, a faulty batch can not be excluded. Now I try my luck with Mumbi bags and possibly give Suncase in one to two months another chance, because I liked the most visually their pockets.
