"The Curse of the Dead" is a mix between gentillet "The Stand" (short) by Stephen King, "Alert!" Wolfgang Petersen's film (starring Dustin Hoffman, Rene Russo, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey, Cuba Gooding & Donald Sutherland) and zombie movies / infected as "28 days / 28 weeks" or the remake of "The Crazies". Outdated military These include, a competent nurse and a strong character, a journalist too curious, wicked NSA agents that sequester and pursue the good guys in search of truth ... Déjà vu so. And a translation that is sometimes inadequate with shells and bits of sentences missing. Still, if you're a fan of pandemic stories, zombies, civilization collapses, this is the book for you.
