I drink before and after training a spoonful (the supplied spoon one must first dig) otherwise happy mixed for breakfast a spoonful each in low-fat lactose-skimmed milk. Earlier - still without protein powder - I felt pretty limp during and after exercise, now it has become much better.
More subjective impressions: The shake is extremely tasty, so I have to restrain myself to not drink too much of it. In shaker mixed the powder dissolves super and is slightly "creamy". Comparable as a Eisshake without ice. The Flavour French Vanilla Cream was at least for me a direct hit. If the bin is empty, I'm going to buy the same powder again.
