Without egg to swell I get back no reasonable consistency for frying, vegans so I would not suggest. 3 stars.
Otherwise as usual, make pan / fat is not too hot, Bratling pure (you can also just NEN wet pile pure clap instead of an "ordinary" patty form) and then no longer interfere / be mixed with faith in God a few minutes. Once a nice crust has formed on the bottom, keeping the patties and also you can contact easy. Then fry other side as well and ready. I always do a new oil for the second side in the pan, so that the patties do not burn. Since the oil draw like mad before turning to me usually no longer in the pan.
Ready burgers I put in front of consumption briefly on paper towels to again pull out a little fat.
