But since I in cooking and baking whatsoever protein powder with hineintue, eg in pancakes and homemade granola bars, and the ESN protein is generous so incredibly expensive and it straight too bad, I have a cheaper alternative, as a kind of high protein meal replacement, wanted. Since the choice has fallen on Mammoth.
I have tried so far the shake with milk: unlecker, if so, it takes a lot of milk, it is reasonably safe to drink, but still pretty sweet ... to shake with water: downright disgusting Pancakes: when combined with flour quite edible Granola bars: here has it works best!
