Reasons to buy
-I Cooked far Electrically
-I Vergess happy times I've put on some water for food
-I Sometimes rotating the stage rotary switch back too far (he is at 0.5 or 3 (max) ...) and think it's from ...
-I Like to leave something with boiling water and go short 10minutes away (even dangerous I know)
Why the Inno 2100 Slide?
-Private Design
-Deutscher Distribution is also present at the IFA
-überwiegen Positive reviews of other buyers
Advantages over hotplate
-Water Cooks nearly as fast as in the kettle (1L in about 4 minutes), on my e-board with admittedly only 1.050W maximum at 15cm plate (which I usually use) takes almost 15 minutes from ... there's the dinner ready on the induction plate (almost).
-No Burning due to high temperature, thanks to alternative temperature setting
-Sicherheitsfaktor (Heat in the pot not to Cooking, apart from radiant heat)
-Energiesparend Since no such enormous heat-up time like with heating plates.
-Zeitschaltuhr (Has at least my old double electric plate not)
Disadvantages
-My Aluminum pans are not counted because of induction needs man a magnetic core in the pot / pan (that must be bottom-magnetic)
-Volume Of the fan
-noises By induction (probably triggered by the vibrations)
-Apropo Vibrations ... pots tend to hike, it is recommended that a pad between induction field and pot (heat-resistant). At low temperatures (up to 140 ° C about) tuts ne kitchen roll (without guarantee!: D)
For Inno Slide 2100 generally
Negative occurs to me immediately on the Temperaturabstufunden are really weak. Set out only at 80 ° C los (temperature level 1) ... who has to take the less Will watt steps (1-2).
Additional stages are: 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 and 240 ° C. The wattage is fairly equal in level 1-4 and 5-8 ... the hob switches easily between some down (one more reason why it is good for cooking in the absence ... I would be the constant in .. .from ... an..aus totally nervous when I stand next to it).
The watt steps 1-3 pulsation also strongly between water silence until simmering. Steps 4-8 are somewhat more "steadfast" and pulsation (apparently) not but remain with the power of 1125 to 1870 watts.
Oh, and I find the surface easily scratched .... especially stupid when a potted by inducing moves (in my direction Power switch). So ne silicon pad would certainly be sensible and should not influence the magnetic field (which approximately 12-14cm in diameter).
Since I do not have a thermometer, I can not provide more accurate data. But what Watts and impressions I will etc. As soon bring in nem Video Review with.
PS: Oh my 15cm electric stove plate heats pots of about 9-10cm in diameter (indicated by the bubble rings in the water)
