Good, cheap but to adapt.

It is fairly complete, with an Arduino MEGA 2560 fully compatible with the Arduino UNO (reference), it has more input / output (53 + 16 Numeriques Analog inputs) the UNO.

The kit also contains a mini test deck and quite a son for connections.

Finally it also contains an LCD display 2 lines, 16 characters, in short already something fun.

I removed one star because it lacks to me 2 or 3 LEDs and resistors that go with it. It's a shame because it does not would increase significantly the price of the kit.

Finally I put a lot of time to operate the screen. I hesitated for connections and in fact, there is only way to mount it on the Arduino. We must connect the top pin on "PWM" outputs.
Then to communicate with, you must know that the drivers provided by SainSmart (on site Amazon US) does not work for me. It should be as it is said in other reviews (seen on the US site) LiquidCrystal use the Arduino library by modifying the initialization values:

Line:
LiquidCrystal lcd (12, 11, 5, 4, 3, 2);
should be replaced by:
LiquidCrystal lcd (8, 9, 4, 5, 6, 7);

After it works.

In conclusion a good price / quality ratio which just misses 5 stars by the lack of a small documentation that would save time and a few LEDs and resistors in the kit.
