The sugar tastes slightly caramel and is fine-grained. If you even see a small lump in the glass, then it disintegrates immediately when touched.
Yesterday I made jam with the sugar - but I have only partially taken jaggery: 2 parts fruit, 1 part sugar. For I have taken part sugar to one third each table sugar, palm sugar and xylitol. The jam was light brown, which is getting used to at first glance, but it tastes good. In dark or red fruit you realize the determined less - I had Grapefurchts and lemons used.
In coffee and tea, I also tried it. Conclusion: is super.
My next experiment is: Baking.
And I will definitely order again coconut blossom sugar.
