Okay also halogen spots flicker slightly, but the LEDs are there more to perceived 1000 lengths. So strong that I just do not like the light and my eyes the light a bit much.
However, the problem should have all directly connected to 50HZ 220V LED lamps. Only the clean DC operation flickers nix. As far as I know now.
So: Who wants to have it flicker and eye-friendly: Stay away from AC 220V Direct LED lamps.
