I bought this set in February 2014. After receiving it, we went on a trip for 6 weeks, so we started using it a month ago. The big casserole what used twice to slow cook a stew (meat, vegetables) for 3 hours. The casserole shows a colored ring at the level of the stew, and some dots at the bottom, the Largest close to the middle. I would have thought the set to be of a better quality.
