Despite indication for Aspire 8730G battery is not recognized

The battery was after 1 week of postcon, formerly TNT delivered. Delivery unique weekdays noon (as was Büchersendung not the neighbors cast), then only one pick of 13-15Uhr in another district, or Saturday morning but that was not to be found in the stamp, possible.

Now to the actual battery.
I have an Acer Aspire 8730G and needed a new battery. So rummaged something and ordered here.

After booting up the computer I reported that no battery was detected, ie for the 8730G it is probably not appropriate.

I'm pissed off and will return this battery after postcon bankruptcy. Another delivery from this supplier, I will no longer avail, because to me there is no time and confidence, because I'm working.

after a return message to the supplier immediately came an email from him with the excuse that the article was probably faulty.
The mail was appended a complimentary return form via DHL.
So you can write only positive things about the support, I have not expected.
Now I'm just waiting for a refund and then the issue is settled for me.
