Schade, a super-backpack, just for D800 with battery grip too small - Note in Product description is wrong!

For my Tenerife trip I ordered after extensive internet searches the Tamrac Evolution 8.
As an alternative brand was also with me Lowepro. But since I have been more than 10 years have a Tamrac Photo carrier bag, in which the quality and feel of materials, zippers, strap, .. still stands at a high level, still looks presentable and so far no problems and defects gave the brand decision was quickly made it again a Tamrac for me.

High Quality material and zippers
Easy and quick access to photo equipment
Good back pad and shoulder straps, variable carrier setting
Suitable for hiking and biking

My conclusion after 6 weeks Tenerife:
I am very pleased with the Tamrac Evolution 8
Very good wear behavior, even when riding a motorcycle
Can also be like a camera bag to a belt wear
Advantageously, the lateral equipment additions, here I see no safety problem by foreign extraction
good storage options, as all compartments are accessible from the side and from behind
90% my decision criteria are met

However, a crucial mistake is that I do a, which I really want to point out the Tamrac Evolution 8 is the size of the camera compartment not for cameras with battery grip suitable (from the top and bottom)! In this case, you should opt for the next higher Tamrac 9.

Too bad, the backpack I have delivered 1 day prior departure get and therefore had no chance to exchange him against Evolution 9. In the product description is spoken of "DSLR with a grip" and here I have assumed that this is a battery grip is meant.

From today's perspective, I would again buy a Tamrac, but a larger number (battery grip)!
