I find this pretty design fan side, we chose this fan it was in relation to the safety of my son so that he is not trying to put his fingers in the standard fan.
For cons, the noise is even stronger when at max level. Once the part is cooled, it can keep level 1 or 2, the noise is not too embarrassing.

Price level, I find High.
I recommend it.
