Is this still music?

I am referring to the inclusion of the 7th Symphony with Kleiber and the Vienna Philharmonic. He who hears, is electrified slip on the edge of a chair and not move away there until the last note has died away. Here music is not "made", but they "happened" as it were. That is not to be pseudo-celibidachesches music Zen, but is the truth!
As Carlos Kleiber did that, is beyond me.
The recording technology is terrific, the recording itself unsurpassable!
