First, I had great fun in the training with the unit and was thrilled - about a week. Then already blocked one of the roles, leaving thick black abrasion to the seat rail. In general, the seat carriage seemed a bit shaky. I realized with a spirit level that the foot does not just stand and the seat rail had a side slope along the axis. Probably by a one-sided loading of the seat carriage and excessive wear of the relevant role was created. As the "head" of the device with the proper equipment had functioned satisfactorily (the device was uniformly and sufficiently quiet), I contacted the manufacturer and suggested that one to me only one new seat rail (seat frame), a new seat carriage and a new Foot sends. A complete replacement of the machine was not necessary in my opinion. The manufacturer went straight to the suggestion and not even within a week I received a delivery. At first I was so thrilled because of the seemingly smooth handling of complaints. Then the disillusionment: Instead of a seat carriage for replacement they sent me only to a plastic roll. The "new" seat frame was not only obviously been used, but he also very significant damage with chipped paint layer. The re-contacted by me manufacturer suggested now that the purchase rescinded and the purchase price will be refunded. After all, the manufacturer's contact persons were friendly and eager to find a solution. So I will return the device quickly and I hope that I have the purchase price just as quickly in the account. Furthermore, a complaint about the device that the machine as at the highest level has been for not too well-trained people myself a fairly low resistance training. Already on the third day I trained already at the highest level and would have liked higher difficulty levels. The cover is made of plastic and leaves me a little stable impression. On the other hand, one must of course clearly the low price compared to competing products into account. I do not suggest that the device basically "junk" is or the price for money inappropriately. But I invest then maybe a few euros more in a device that corresponds to my ideas more.
