confusing, many support cases, "craft software"

I use for years (and now again) G Data AVK or IS.
Some time ago the license ran out and take the chance to try something new.
Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN !!! KASPERSKY
Maybe it is because I was spoiled by the simplicity, clarity and easy reliable function of G Data or my claim too high.
In any event, Kaspersky everything that I did not want: confusing menu, incomprehensible functions, infinite support cases on the basis of requests, errors (or even vermeinltichen errors because incomprehensible), etc.

And the putative advantage of Kaspersky the lower CPU load (test result) is in reality not really recognizable and shall in no way out of this.
Kaspersky was then at least as fair to cancel the purchase agreement and to reimburse the payment amount.
