I received my DS4 as expected in due time from Amazon, but the cardboard DS4 was damaged when I released it, she presented multiple stripes in circular areas and arrows buttons, including a significant scratch on the button area.

Unlike the DS4 received my package PS4, no plastic films present in these areas (arrows and buttons) ...

In short I do not know what to think, is it a used or refurbished product sold by Amazon, or a quality control concern?
