Ah, the Bible Ms. Festy! The book is large, heavy weights, we have the impression that we will get his money. It is relatively appropriate. This book is much more comprehensive than his other books; interesting and practice regarding the "heal" it is one of those books I'm happy to have in my library. But - there is a but - Festy is a trained pharmacist and not of naturopath, and it feels a lot on some points. Synergies are to realize pharmacy, and are often very expensive, sometimes with several expensive vegetable and essential oils. Both the simple remedies are accessible, as the deepest treatments seem complex. Moreover, as the remedies section has cool little diagrams to see the areas to be treated, as the rest of the pavement is only text, and you have to stuff it. The content is good, but the layout is really lacking imagination. I do not recommend it for beginners.
