punctuality in delivery, neat package. Since January I will not drink the tap water. The filtration quality is excellent and the visible result. A water without chlorine taste, a more pleasant water to drink, lighter. So it's been 3 months since I stopped buying plastic water bottles. Regarding the door Brita filter I think you handle it with care because the plastic seemed fragile ... better safe than sorry :-) but the main thing is the result!
