To the case itself:
This snow shovel I bought from Amazon on 02.12.2012. Early 2013 then sat with us finally a winter that deserves its name. Thus this snow slide came for the first time and quite intensely used. This one winter but has already passed, work up the edge enhancement, bringing the blade lost its stability and at the same time was incredibly loud.
Since I got the scoop replaced without hesitation, my world in terms of this product was again halfway in order - until last week.
After a hitherto absolutely parlous winter I actually had to shovel a few days ago the first snow. Not much, but because of the rain, the snow was a little hard - too hard for this tool. The handle broke off at the blade.
At this time, the blade was therefore no 14 months in my possession and substantially only a winter in use. So I took again to contact with the Handelshof Riesa, here its "comprehensive" response to my renewed complaint, quote:

Unfortunately, they are now outside the warranty period, thus a new free delivery of a new snow shovel handle is no longer possible.
However, you can order a new snow shovel handle at any time with us.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Do you seriously believe that I'm going to order after this experience with the quality of your product with them a replacement handle for a snow shovel, the plus one is not even over the winter (2012/13) Snowfall in 2014 ???
Since I prefer to buy in the competition a new shovel and write about your product the right review on Amazon.

Processing - sufficient (edges of the blade very sharp, personal injury)
Durability - insufficient (edge enhancement by ground after a winter, then no more stability, shovel loud handle broken)
Customer focus / service - deficient (scarce unsatisfactory answer, zero goodwill)
I can not recommend this product.
