Convinced of this frying pan!

We bought this fryer in January, now we wanted them also to try out.
The first impression convinces: the pan is not as hard as other pans we tried before.
The stem is a bit long, but it does not get hot, we have become accustomed the pan with the handle to the side to turn us when it is in use.
The pan works well made, especially for the price.
Now to use:
Of course we have previously read the recessions but were unsure
whether the pan really einbraten with salt soll.Im Internet there are so many opinions and we were only unsafe.
So we tried the pan simple: fat because we use rapeseed oil in the cold pan, give only fried food with proper heat to the result:
it was a disaster, the potatoes angebrannt.Die whole crust was spread on the bottom of the pan.

So we tried it again, this time we were burning the pan with plenty of salt and canola oil to a high heat.
After the pan had cooled, it was wiped with a Zewatuch and reused.
What can I say: the result is wonderful! The potatoes are crispy, it really burns to nothing!
Even eggs pancakes we tried, again a great result!
After use, the cup is not cleaned with detergent but only with hot water.
Thereafter, it is with a little oil the pan again with detergent eingerieben.Sollte must come into contact with the burning salt be repeated.
So we use the pan and can recommend it only! We taste the fried potatoes really well, actually all we do with this pan is a delicious taste!
