The in-ear headphones were the best I've heard in a long time, yet they are generally very small and angenhem to wear. The material is made of hard plastic, especially more like hard silicone. The cables are very flexible, which I initially found positive only once. However, a plan is through the flexibility of the cable after a year originated in the cable sheathing precisely at the point where the cable enters the connector. Had I known, I would have been a little more cautious, because I have probably too tightly wrapped the cord around the MP3 player when I hear was finished. Nevertheless, such a thing should not happen! If the area of the connector of the cable takes, running soft would be the cable sheath still OK.
Nevertheless, these in-ear headphones for that price are highly recommended.
I am now switched to earphones from Sennheiser (sound equally good) and will test their endurance ... maybe I'm coming back to Philips.
